| 1. Collection |

We shall process your Personal Data as listed, but not
limited to, below, which has been provided by you to us
voluntarily for the furtherance of your direct selling transactions: |

- Name,Identity card / Passport No, age, gender, date of birth, ethnicity,
nationality, marital status, spouse and beneficiary information including
Identity Card / Passport No.;
- Contact information, address, phone number, email address;
- Bank account information;
- Photographs given to us and/or taken at our official company functions; and
- others (collectively hereinafter referred to as ‘the Personal Data’)

We shall use and process the Personal Data for, amongst
others, the following purposes: |

- Informing you of new promotions, health information, or
new products;
- Disbursement of bonuses / commission earned or enrolment
into the recognition program;
- Confirming and completing your orders and payment;
- Providing training on new products and services;
- Replying your enquiry;
- Any marketing purposes; and
- Internal business purposes such as data analysis, audit,
identifying usage trends and so forth outside the territory.

| 3. Disclosure |

We shall keep your Personal Data in confidence which shall
not be disclosed for any purpose other than the purposes for
which the Personal Data was collected at the time of collection.
However, on certain circumstances, your Personal Data may be
disclosed to any other parties as stated or required by the
Actor as required by any competent government authority or
court.

During our course of business, we may share your Personal
Data with our business partners who may contact you regarding
products or services that may be of your interest. Nonetheless,
you will be given the choice to accept or refuse the disclosure
of your Personal Data for this marketing purpose by writing to
us pursuant to paragraph 6.2 below.

Your Personal Data will be kept and processed in a
reasonable and secured manner, where practicable, in accordance
with the applicable laws and regulations to prevent the
unauthorized or unlawful processing of your Personal Data to
avoid loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure,
alteration or destruction.

The Personal Data collected shall not be kept longer than is
necessary for the purposes stated herein or required by law
after termination of agreement between you and us.

We shall take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal
Data is destroyed or permanently deleted within a reasonable
period as soon as our commercial relationship is terminated or
if it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was
collected or is not required by law.

Correction |

We shall use our commercially reasonable effort to maintain
your Personal Data complete and accurate and is kept up-to-date.

If you would like to access, make any enquiry, change your
Personal Data, or lodge a complaint, you may contact us during
office hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm), Saturday
from 10:00am to 5:00pm
